Check Point to Freedom

Police stop people from “traveling” to ask them for a DRIVER Licence”, When there is a check point it is ALWAYS called a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) check point, because it would be unconstitutional to conduct a check point for the reason of asking for a “DRIVER” Licence. The Articles of Confederation stated that “TRAVELING” was a “RIGHT”, and NOT a privilege that can be controlled and taxed … The US Constitution was written and took the place of the Articles of Confederation. When the Founding Fathers wrote the US Constitution “Traveling” was thought of as such a common right that they did not include it in the constitution. If you go back in time just a little over 100 years ago, before cars people used horses to travel. Ranchers also used horses to move cattle and other live stock from one ranch to another, the term used for doing this is “DRIVING”. Because people that were “Driving” the live stock were in commerce doing it the government required them to have a Driver” license. If you were not “DRIVING” in commerce (Making Money) you did NOT need to have a License to “DRIVE”. Requiring a “DRIVER” Licence is a violation of our rights to “TRAVEL”, and there is a lot of case law to confirm this. Understand? If you have any questions or comments just post them and I will get back to you.
